We will never charge for an investigation & expect no compensation. Any reputable group will NOT ask you for anything in return for the investigation!
Also note: we have a large network of paranormal groups. If we think another group may be better able to help you, or is closer to your location-we will forward your information to them.
All information you give us is confidential & will only be used to help you set up an investigation, whether it be with our group or another in our network.
We will do our very best to provide you answers & get you whatever help you may need.

All of our team members are volunteers, so kindly keep in mind that when we schedule your investigation it is possible that some of our team members may be missing work, family events or even events that we payed for in advance. Your investigation will be scheduled based on the severity of your case. Ours is a volunteer service and our time books up quickly. If you cancel your investigation for anything but a true emergency, it will NOT be rescheduled. We love what we do and don't mind missing out on pre-scheduled personal events if it means an opportunity to help you and possibly learn more about the paranormal world. All we ask in return is that you be respectful of our time, be aware that others require our help as well and return our case managers calls promptly.
We also require that someone over the age of 18 & the legal owner or responsible party for the property be present during the walk-thru to sign a liability waiver & a release form.
Please also be aware, due to sound & motion sensitive equipment and depending on the level of activity at a location, we can not allow people or pets to be present during our investigation-allowing one person to stay will be determined on a case by case basis-PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! As we take this very seriously, we can't afford to have evidence potentially compromised. On the night of the investigation, please do not cook anything with strong odors, spray deodorizing spray or light candles as these types of smells can give us false results as well.
